Hi Guys, Need help here (again):-) I've got a strange issue with the read/unread flag not updating on iOS devices, however all other sync aspects (new emails, moving emails to folders) seem to complete succesfully. I've googled and can't seem to find examples relating to my particular case: it only affects 1 user, when he receives an email in Outlook, he receives it on both iOS devices (linked with MobileIron), but when he reads it in Outlook (or OWA), they don't get marked read on either devices. But if he reads/unreads emails on his devices, the read/unread flag changes correctly in Outlook (and OWA) - but not the other device. The only way to get the iOS devices back in Sync is to untick-retick 'Mail' in settings, and at this point the read/unread count is the same.
In a previous version of outlook for Mac, there was a little bubble showing the unread count by day when viewing the messages arranged by conversation. However, in Outlook for Mac 15.18, this unread count by day UI element no longer exists.
This was originally affecting 1 iOS device (iphone 6) until I tried with a second device (ipad mini) and noticed the same thing occurring. We have several other users with iphones, enrolled in the same exact way, where reading/unreading emails causes the other clients to change status almost immediately, as it should be. I have already tried retiring/re-enrolling both iOS devices in MobileIron but the issue still persists. Outlook 2010 is not running in Cached mode. Any tips/pointers highly appreciated, thanks.
